There is so much more to Tango than just dancing! Kick off the evening with a free discussion group (Chamuyo) with Eduardo Saucedo. Get to know him and his perspective on the music, dance, and culture of Tango. Bring your questions and enjoy the evening with this internationally renowned, master instructor from Buenos Aires. He's excited to be back, please come join in.
Continue the evening with a short milonga so he can get to know us better before embarking on a weekend of classes. Eduardo will DJ for this evening of social dancing at Nexus, the same beautiful venue as the weekend classes. Feel free to bring a beverage or snack to share. Please come enjoy hanging out together. No cover.

A super cool step in tango salon that finds it origins in Candombe, a predecessor to Tango. The leader provides a twisting and stable center for the follower to turn around.

Finish off this action packed day with some playful and challenging soltadas and colgadas that will literally stretch out our embrace.

The last 15 minutes of each 90-minute class will be for practice and/or warm-up for next class. Please try to arrive early so you donÕt miss anything.
Private instruction is available for $140 per hour, discounted to $120 for singles or couples who have registered for at least one group class. Please contact Rich to schedule private classes.
Eduardo Saucedo
is internationally recognized for his love and passion of the dance. He travels
the world sharing his knowledge and culture with the people he meets. He
considers Tango to be an admirable art form that expresses body, mind, spirit
and soul. His clear communication and positive energy motivates and inspires
passion in everyone and reflects his love and joy of life. His teaching is
creative and practical focusing on subtle details. The essence of the Milongas
can be felt in Eduardo's dancing and teaching. His style originates from his
working and co-hosting a popular Milonga in Buenos Aires for several years.
Eduardo has complemented this training with studies in various dance disciplines
as well as theatre and acting,and is a continuing student of the Performing
Arts. He has performed in theatres, appeared on television, and participated in
various international tango festivals. He is the Creator, Director,
Co-Choreographer and Co-Producer of the dinner show Tango Cafe - Una Noche Ideal,
shown in the historical la Confiteria Ideal, as well as other shows.
In Buenos Aires, Eduardo teaches in his private Studio in Palermo, where many
other activities and projects are being produced.
