SLO Tango -- Milonga Schedule

I would just like to make one slight modification to our definition  
of the schedule for the Saturday Los Osos Milonga.  If we make it the  
day after the fourth Friday of the month, then we avoid the case of  
having two milongas in one weekend for months where Saturday is the  
first day of the month.  It sounds more complicated, but it makes it  
what I think was intended.  -- It's an engineer thing.  ;-)
