Hello everyone - Rich and I are back from our break and ready to dance with
you again!

   - *6:30 - 7:30pm: "Beyond fundamentals" class*. Indirect crosses
   - *7:30 - 8pm: 1-2-3 Tango Level 1: Moving Together*. Cadencias & crosses
   - *8 - 8:30pm: 1-2-3 Tango Level 2: Taking Turns*. Connection in the
   molinete
   - *8:30 - 9pm: 1-2-3 Tango Level 3: Key Elements*. Molinete w/ barridas
   (foot sweeps)

To scaffold these movements with music, we'll be returning to the
fundamental concepts of beat & rhythm, including strong beats and the
quick-quick slow pattern. These musical elements can help us keep track of
where the follower's feet are at any time, and is especially useful to
guide the timing of the steps during the molinete. 👣

Upcoming events:

   - *🌊 Sat 7/26, 6-9pm: *Val's monthly milonga in Los Osos (2055 9th St,
   Suite C). $7 cover, potluck drinks & food.
   - *🌞 Sun 8/10, 5-8pm: *Buen Día milonga at Nexus Studio (SLO Public
   Market), w/ DJ Mary White. $10 cover. (Note the new, later start time!)
   - *🔥 Sat 8/30, 7:30-10:30pm: *Hot August Nights milonga @ Derek's house
   (1343 Pismo St., SLO). DJed by Henlie, with a mix of mostly traditional and
   some alternative music. No cover, but please bring drinks/snacks to share!
