SLO Tango -- Thursday @ Nexus: Doing our homework 🧑‍🎓

Hi everyone,

Whew, what a weekend! Marcela is so full of energy, it's inspiring (and
sometimes hard to keep up with!) It was especially lovely to see so many of
you, including folks we don't see all the time, at the classes and
milongas. No matter how long it's been, you are always welcome.

In this month's Thursday classes, we'll continue to work on and refine
material from Marcela's workshops. I've heard many people lament that what
we learn in these intensive workshops can fade very quickly once the
instructor leaves. This time, let's practice the material so it becomes
part of our repertoire for good.

   - *6:30 - 7:30pm: Experienced dancers class*
   - *7:30 - 8:30pm: Fundamentals class*
   - *8:30 - 9:00pm: Practilonga*

   - 🌞 *THIS Sunday 1/18, 5-8pm*: Buen Día milonga at Nexus, featuring
   Golden Age music from DJ Adrian. $10 cover.
   - 👣 *Tues 1/20, 7:15-8:45pm: *Don't forget about the weekly Tuesday
   evening practica at Studio de Myriam (3563 Sueldo St., Suite N, SLO; $15).
   Another great opportunity to reinforce what you've learned and get
   feedback/support from your fellow dancers.
