A Guide to Argentine Tango on the Central Coast of California

Everyone welcome - no partner or experience necessary. Opening exercises
focus on Balance, Flexiblity, and Posture - great for everyone
reguardless of dance style and even non-dancers! Exercises will develop
skills expecially useful for Argentine Tango. Objective is understanding our
bodies and enjoying moving together instead of dance instruction. Also includes
open practice time with a variety of tango, milonga, vals, and alternative
music.

$15 drop-in.
- Buen Dia Milonga, Second Sunday of the Month
5:00-8:00 pm, we'll have snacks during the dance, and there's plenty of great restaurants to choose from for dinner before.
$10 cover.Locations are variable while Nexus looks for a new home:
Nov 8 at Adrian's Home, 4375 Poinsettia St, SLO.
Dec 12, combined with Henlie's Holliday Milonga. - Sat Dec 12, 6-10pm: Buen Dia and the Midwinter Milonga join forces at The Clubhouse, San Luis Bay Estates (6375 Firehouse Canyon Rd, Avila Beach). Potluck dinner starts at 6:00. Music begins at 6:45 and will feature a mix of traditional, orquestas actuales, plus some electronic and alternative selections, DJed by Henlie. $10 donation appreciated.

- We are looking for a nice location for a social dance about once a month. Preferably it would have the feel of a social, public place (like a coffee shop, club, bar, or restaurant) as opposed to a private party atmosphere. If you know of such a place, please contact Rich.
